Terms of Service — LekkerApps
These Terms of Service govern your use of the LekkerApps platform, including all modules, features, and services. By creating an account or using LekkerApps, you agree to these terms.
Account Registration
To use LekkerApps, you must create an account with a valid email address and accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each workspace is owned by the account creator and may include additional team members with configurable roles and permissions.
Service Description
LekkerApps is a modular business operating system with 15 connected modules including Forms, CRM, Website Builder, Reviews, Support, Calendar, Marketing, Chat, Billing, Jobs, Files, Automation, Domains, Intelligence Core, and an AI Assistant. Core modules are included free; additional modules are available on paid tiers.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use LekkerApps lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to send spam, store illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into LekkerApps. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You can export or delete your data at any time through the platform or by contacting support. See our Data Processing Agreement for detailed processor obligations.
Pricing and Billing
LekkerApps offers 5 pricing tiers: Free, Starter, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise. Pricing, features, and limits for each tier are described on our pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
Limitation of Liability
LekkerApps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice.
