This register lists all sub-processors used by LekkerApps to deliver platform services. In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we provide 30 days advance notice before adding new sub-processors. You may object to any new sub-processor during the notification period.
Current Sub-Processors
Infrastructure & Hosting
Supabase Inc. — Database hosting, authentication, and serverless functions. Data processed: all platform data including contacts, forms, invoices, and files. Location: United States (AWS us-east-1). Purpose: Core platform infrastructure.
Payment Processing
Stripe Inc. — Payment processing for form payments, invoices, and subscriptions. Data processed: payment card details, transaction amounts, billing addresses. Location: United States. Purpose: Secure payment processing.
Email Services
Resend — Transactional and marketing email delivery. Data processed: email addresses, email content, delivery metadata. Location: United States. Purpose: Email delivery for campaigns, notifications, and system emails.
AI & Language Models
Google (Gemini API) — AI-powered features including form generation, email design, chatbot responses, and assistant tools. Data processed: text prompts and context data. Location: United States. Purpose: AI functionality across modules.
OpenAI — Alternative AI model for assistant and content generation. Data processed: text prompts and context. Location: United States. Purpose: AI assistant capabilities.
Domain Services
Domain registrars — Domain registration, DNS management, and SSL certificates. Data processed: domain names, registrant contact information. Location: Various. Purpose: Domain management for LekkerDomains module.
Change Notification Process
When we add a new sub-processor, we will update this register and notify all customers with active Data Processing Agreements. You have 30 days from notification to object. If you object and we cannot accommodate your concern, you may terminate the affected services.
